VPEC-T Analysis

This type of analysis is done using thinking framework comprising mental filters and guides. This analysis refers to the interaction between the agents and the stake holders analyzing the expectations of the different parties and understanding what are the common interests, what the responsibilities are what the expectations are and what the priorities are. This is an analysis framework that majorly studies the information systems with the processes and conflicting view points.

This framework also helps in identifying the enterprise architecture and design services.
- Value: this helps in understanding the values of the desired outcomes from both individual as well as business perspectives. This actually considers the analysis of the objectives, beliefs, requirements and concerns of all the stake holders that are participating the project development process

- Policies: this helps in analyzing the mandates or the contracts that have been signed or understood while signing the project. Policies can be any – implicit or explicit.

- Events: this helps in understanding the business related occurrences. The events are actually based on the real world proceedings or events or jobs that simulate certain number of activities in the organization

- Content: this includes all the meaningful data that is documented at the time of some business activity. It can be documents, conversations, messages etc. The content actually leads the analyst to Plan, action, set priority or preference and even determine the decisions

- Trust: this includes the studies of the design of the system and the trust that is created between the user and system and their right to access the system while they are using it. This aspect of trust also includes the policies that are being followed in the organization.
