Five Why's Analysis

This form of analysis is based on the Japanese philosophy, in which the questions are asked repeatedly in order to find the solution of the same. The procedure involves the process analysis that makes sure that all the aspects of the past and future are studied and not just the present. This analysis process is closely related to the Fishbone – cause and effect analysis diagram. It is not only asking “why” five times, however it is about understanding the root cause of the problems. This concept is based on the common sense of the analyst. The better the sense the best is the solution.
